TERMS & CONDITIONS

General Policy:

  1. Check-in at 12 pm and check-out at 10 am.

  2. Payment of deposit will be taken as confirmation of your acceptance of these conditions of booking.

  3. We will be available to receive your calls and answer emails from 8.30 am to 6.30 pm

  4. Please do inform us, your estimated arrival and departure time in advance.

Booking Policy:

  1. No bookings can be accepted without a deposit paid through the online booking system.

  2. The deposit amount varies but shall be around 50% of the entire booking amount.

  3. The balance amount should be paid on arrival.

  4. Guests must present a valid government-issued ID card at the time of check-in.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. If you cancel 28 days or more before your arrival, you will receive your deposit back minus an administration fee equivalent to one day’s stay at your room rate. 

  2. If you cancel 14 days or more before your arrival, you will receive 50% of your deposit back, minus an administration fee equivalent to one day’s stay at your room rate. 

  3. If you cancel 14 days or less before your arrival, your full deposit will be retained by Bluemoon (By Neelchand).

  4. No Show: If you don't arrive and don't notify us of a delay, we'll hold your room for 24 hours before releasing it to other guests. Your deposit will not be refunded.

  5. Change of Dates: We will do our best to accommodate date changes, but it's not always possible. Please give us as much notice as you can. Generally, we can accommodate changes with 14 days' notice, except during peak times like Christmas and Easter.

  6. Cancellation/Early Check-out- No refund of the security deposit for cancellations after arrival or for early check-out. 

  7. Refunds if any will be processed within 7 working days from the date of the approved request. The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in the guest's account may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.

 

Pet Policy:

  1. Only small pets allowed (under 15lbs) Maximum 2 pets per room

  2. ​Pets must be fully trained and appropriately restrained by guests.

  3. Pets must comply with local legislation requirements.

  4. Pet must be kept on a leash while in the hotel or on hotel property, except when inside the guest's room.

  5. Pets must not be left unattended. Contact the reception in advance for any pet sitter or pet supplies.

  6. Guests must clean up after their pets on hotel property and in the neighborhood.

  7. Any disturbances such as barking must be curtailed to avoid inconveniencing other guests

  8. Guests must contact the housekeeping department to schedule a convenient time for servicing their room.

  9. Guests are liable for all property damages and/or personal injuries caused by their pets.

  10. Guests should agree to indemnify and hold harmless the hotel, its owners, and its operator from all liability or damages
    resulting from their pet. 

  11. The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest's account for the cost of such damages.

  12. Rs. 200/- per pet per day would be charged in addition to room rent.

  1. We collect and use your personal data to facilitate bookings, personalize your experience, and enhance our services. This includes information such as your name, contact details, booking preferences, and payment information, which we gather directly from you or through our website's interactions. We may also collect technical data such as IP addresses and browser information to improve site functionality and security.

  2. Your information may be shared with trusted third parties, including service providers who assist in managing bookings, processing payments, and delivering personalized services. We ensure that these partners adhere to strict confidentiality and data protection standards. We do not sell your information to third parties for marketing purposes. Additionally, we may disclose your personal data when required by law or to protect our legal rights.

  3. You have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you. You can also object to certain processing activities or request restrictions on how your data is used.
